Results (6 months)
- OPD patient visits: 15 → 88 a month (+487%). This is actual patients seen, not raw enquiries.
- Total patient enquiries (all channels — SEO, Google Business Profile, ads, referral) also grew to roughly 200/month. Enquiries and OPD visits are different things, so they don't share one headline percentage.
- Organic website views: 10,000 → 50,000/month.
- Google Business Profile ranking: average position 3.6 → 1.2 across 18 tracked keywords; keywords in the top 3 went from 10 to 18.
- Organic search ranking: average position 11.2 → 7.6 across the same 18 keywords, with standouts like "LASIK surgery in Kalyan" (35 → 11) and "retina specialist in Kalyan" (6 → 2).
- Average cost per Meta-sourced lead: ₹45.
Honest note: "Eye specialist in Kalyan" moved from position 3 to 6 in organic search over this period — worse, not better. We kept it visible rather than hidden.
