These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services delivered by Hospital Marketing Agency, a venture of Picmatic Media Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By accessing this site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Services & engagement

The specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment schedule for any paid engagement are defined in an individual scope-of-work or proposal document signed by both parties. Free hospital growth audits are non-binding and carry no obligation to engage paid services.

Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate clinical, regulatory, and contact information, timely approvals, access to required platforms (Google Business Profile, Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, website CMS), and prompt payment of invoices.

Results & disclaimers

Case studies and results referenced on this website are real client outcomes. Future results vary by speciality, geography, competition, ad spend and operational follow-up by the clinic. We do not guarantee a specific number of patients, leads, or revenue. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice; we provide marketing services only and our work complies with the National Medical Commission's advertising guidelines for healthcare providers in India.

Intellectual property

All website content, brand assets, strategies, and creative deliverables are the intellectual property of Picmatic Media Pvt Ltd unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a perpetual usage licence for assets produced under a paid engagement.

Cancellation & refunds

Engagements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees paid for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable. Ad spend held in third-party ad accounts (Google, Meta) belongs to the client.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
